		<description><![CDATA[I couldnt agree with you more...In my neighbourhood the power comes just before kick off and while the vuvuzelas are still blowing in celebration....the power dissappears until kick off tomorrow. So now things like cooking, ironing and taking a hot bath need to be synchronised with the referees whistle. My question is what about us non-soccer fans and loyal bill payers? The minister neglected to tell us that there would be no power cuts...ONLY DURING GAMES... I dont know what is going on with the parastatal but enough is enough...or maybe solar is better...i dont know!!]]></description>
