Someone said its all political….that money collected by rank marshalls from during 4 or 5 of the the high peak days of the week is for a a certain political party (yes, you guess is correct!!!). And the other money collected for the remaining days is their salary. Thats why the talk of rank marshalls never produces anything, thats even why they cannot be arrested…they are protected more than we know. So these mahwindi are strategic as they are also contributing financially to some operations of this political party.
