		<description><![CDATA[I am worried about this trend where the police have become the complainant, judge and executioner. Machisa and his colleagues are innocent until proven guilty. This unnecessary detention of rights defenders is sheer harassment and an abuse of state resources, while the ZRP says it has no money to do what its officers are paid to do ie chasing up real criminals.]]></description>

		<description><![CDATA[ZimRights under the direction of Machisa broke the law. Registering people to vote is not a crime, but creating false names to steal from donors and to possibly undermine the next government, as well as creating false government documents is. 
Say what you like but NGOs operating within the law are difficult to harrass.]]></description>
