The most important thing is to do a cost benefit analysis and evaluate other alternative uses for the funds, then make a decision based on that.
In the process of correcting the economy, different people have been assigned to different tasks. Chamisa has information. He takes the lead in that department. He needs to look at our needs from that perspective and prescribe what he thinks are the key requirements/drivers for the much needed change. Leave someone else to worry about the brooms and cleaning - it's not Chamisa's job.

It is that very behaviour of having a single politician/office/person taking on too many hats that contributed to our demise and has resulted in junk like Gono building little fiefdoms of power and becoming so powerful. Gono became a conduit of curruption that has probably resulted in the loss of billions of dollars to shady loans and transactions which benefited on a few.. who have to this day also become a pain in every patriotic Zimbabweans neck.

Ultimately, it is the actions of each individual office that should amass into one major effort to correct the country. Tsvangirai's job is to coordinate and help prioritise the decisions made by each separate unit (or ministry). So while we as ordinary citizens may perhaps be aware of things bothering us.. we must be aware that there are things called separation of powers, separation of responsibilities, specialization, duplication of effort, parallel processing, and so on. Give the brother a chance.

YES... 2 million on a website right now is a bit too much considering we don't money. But man, your article here is reflective of the attitudes and perspectives of the Old Zimbabwe.
