A few more SMS's from people about Munya . . .

- It's scandalous and a disgress for such a huge amount to be splashed on one individual.
- What is so special about this Munyaradzi for him to get this this award yet we have the poor and the the disabled
- Useless and cheap politics while civil servants get peanuts.
- That money could have been given to under priveledged pple.
- Personally i think its a huge farce certain individuals are making. Why do zimbos always have to be sore losers? The money being wasted could be used on better things and if i could personally tell Phillip Chiyangwa, i would!
- Armtryptilline and counselling help depressed people not $300'000. A lot of orphan could have benefited from that wasted cash. TOUGH!
- munya did not going to get that amuont of 300 000
- i think its wise to donate the money towards the poor, old age, orphans and Hiv infected pple or those affected by political violence
- Complete wastage. Why not give to health, education or rehabilitate sewer and water system. Rain is coming CHORELA!
- Crooks will remain crooks unless the Almighty intervenes !
- Dai vakapa kune vanoshaya
- i think its not fair
Big Brother sucks. Munya beware. Uti wants to be a Zimbabwean. Kurwadziwa here kuti diamond boy is getting more? Well done boy. Zim must boycott next year's BBA.
" Compensaion for depression" it's always for pschological comfort but is it neccessary. Many thanx for the update.

Enough of this Big Brother Africa compensation for depression nonsense.

What about Phillip & Co. paying compensation for depression to the Zimbabweans who’ve lost:

- Their jobs to our collapsed economy
- Their homes to Murambatsvina
- Their children to the “greener pastures” of the Diaspora
- Their friends and loved ones to cholera, AIDS, malnutrition, and other preventable deaths
- Their vote to election rigging
- Their currency to economic mismanagement

For starters

To be honest I just don't get it. If you enter a competition, you might lose right? You're not guaranteed a win. Instead of accepting defeat gracefully some Zimbabweans are complaining about Nigerian foul play. So what if we lose the next cricket match, or soccer match or some other thing. Will we turn around and blame it on the ref, or whatever. I reckon lots of folk out there are looking at Zimbabwe with such derision thinking that we're a bunch of whiners.

but Bev, do you think if Phillip donates 10 Ambulances it will be of any benefit to his business. It was just going to be published in Herald only. I am sure this was more for their personal benefit

True, Zimbabwe has gotten a lot of publicity over the business pple's donation to Munya but I doubt whether its the sort of publicity that our country needs. I've just read that the Harare City Council has got two (2!!) ambulances to service the entire city of Harare. Perhaps the consortium of businessmen would have gotten much more positive publicity for donating a couple more ambulances, rather than giving money to a loser in a competition.

Correct me if I'm wrong, that money didn't come from government, but from business pple & individuals who have obtained the much needed publicity to further their businesses. the president just handed over the money. This was more of a marketing strategy, and good for the country, I think more investors are scratching their heads on how to start biz. in Zim.

BBA is a Nigerian scam and someone has to speak up and and Zimbabwe just did that. Munya deserves the money. I know Nigerians will post rubbish here but we, the Zimbabwean people are happy our boy was given that money which will help him to go ahead with his project also. It is not the state money but money raised by businessman in Zimbabwe. Why crtying about poor if the money would never be raised if it was not for Munya. So, should BB also give that money to the poor in Africa instead he waste in that house and give to Nigerians scammers.
