		<description><![CDATA[Definetly right Catherine. Good point. Much as we would like to be part of the festivities at HIFA, the situation regading street lighting around the Harare Gardens area is a cause for concern.

With the dollarisation of the economy and the attendant risks of carrying forex in our pockets, it might be a problem to attend HIFA. HIFA organisers must install their own lights to brighten up the area for the sake of the fun-loving public. 

It&#039;s no use asking the City Council to do something about it. They have no money and certainly have no interest.]]></description>
