Maybe somebody ought to start a sustainability campaign to ensure no littering or rubbish dumping happens again at the shopping centre. Maybe the parties involved can stretch their dollar further, and buy street bins and skips as well as strike a deal with the City of Harare to make regular collections. This is such an excellent thing and if people replicated it around Harare, especially the avenues, this would be a better place,]]></description>
