Our radio news this evening reported that MT was in South Africa - just for the day - and met with Jacob Zuma. Zuma and his allies are the future of the ANC and they call the shots these days. In many ways this may be a worrying thing for our country (SA) but the attitude towards Mugabe from this grouping is consistently hostile, due to their strong ties with COSATU.

So maybe Tsvangirai is not totally wasting his time. A show of (spiritual, moral and emotional) strength on the streets right now would be great to see, but may the God of mercy protect those courageous enough to face the "wounded buffalo" in a public space.

Surround the High Court on Tuesday/tomorrow, when the next hearing is to be held, and refuse to go away. It's time for a Gandhi demo to demand justice. Take pots and pans and whistles and banners... as well as a blanket to stay overnight if need be! If the judge should dare to say it's not urgent or refuse to get the election results announced... don't let him out of the building until he does his job and gives justice to the people. Demand justice.
